This activity identifies the improvement actions for the Access Management process.

The Request Fulfillment Manager must analyze Access Management Reports and escalations or complaints (if any) to identify process improvements for Access Management process. Improvement suggestion for Access Management may also extend to other streams like Technology Security Management, Availability Management stream, etc.

The Request Fulfillment Manager must work along with the Engagement Manager on the improvement suggestion, track them to closure and evaluate the effectiveness of the same.
